Required Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience. (degree)
7+ years of professional experience designing and developing embedded Firmware solutions or Server UEFI or BMC firmware, cloud server architecture, RAS (degree)
Proven and demonstrable skill in C, Python (Programming). (degree)
Strong technical communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with cross-functional technical teams within a (degree)
inside/or outside of the organization (degree)
Deep understanding of state-of the art digital design methodologies and best practices (degree)
Experience in operating in a central role supporting multiple priorities, IP requirements and milestones (degree)

Responsibilities
Contribute to the architecture and design of firmware technologies such as server Firmware, RAS, ACPI, PCIe, OS Primitives, etc. to deliver quality firmware.
Collaborate with hardware and software internal and external teams to define, architect and spec highly scalable and reliable solutions for cloud scale workloads.
Lead Cloud programs from RAS perspective i.e. developing RAS specification with RAS architecture team, develop test plan, test content, tools and infrastructure. Debug and solve cluster/fleet issues
Work across multiple disciplines and functions to drive platform innovation such as Azure engineering groups, Hardware, validation, ISV.
