Role Summary We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Director of Global Vendor Solutions, responsible for defining and executing a multi-year AI strategy that transforms business operations and vendor-managed processes. In this role, you will lead the integration of advanced AI technologies – including Microsoft’s COSMIC platform, Dynamics 365 (D365), Azure AI services, and CoPilot – into our workflows to streamline execution and drive process innovation. You will sponsor end-to-end process design, governance, and transformation initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring high efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will help drive strategic supplier partnerships to realize the AI benefits and investments at scale. This role requires a seasoned thought leader with deep expertise in people leadership, process transformation and change management – someone who can champion AI-driven transformation to achieve bold step-changes in operational excellence.
