Responsibilities

• 担当アカウントの売上と顧客満足度について責任を負います。
• アカウント戦略を策定して、すべての顧客に適切な社内リソースやパートナーをアサインします。
• お客様がデジタルトランスフォーメーションの明確な戦略的ビジョンを持てるよう支援します。
• 顧客のニーズを深く理解することにより、社内外の様々なメンバーを適切に配置し、確実に案件が進むようリードします。
• 社内リソースを活用してアップセルとクロスセルの機会を最大化し、パートナーと連携して、顧客のビジネス目標とITイニシアチブに沿った適切なソリューションを提供します。
• 市場で新しいビジネスを推進する革新的なソリューションを創出し、パートナーを通じて拡張します。
• Microsoft のデジタル/AI トランスフォーメーション、クラウド オファリングに関する確かな知識を身に付け、トレーニング リソースを活用して貴重な認定資格を取得します。
• お客様が当社のテクノロジーを採用し、クラウド製品の活用を促進するようにします
