As an Azure Data & AI CSA, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them realise business value through Azure Data & AI solutions. You will be responsible for driving adoption, consumption, and success across workloads such as Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, and AI services. This role is pivotal in orchestrating technical delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and accelerating time-to-value.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Azure Data & AI technologies, including SQL, Databricks, Fabric, and Purview. (degree)
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI workloads. (degree)
Ability to lead technical engagements and influence customer decision-making. (degree)
Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex delivery environments. (degree)
Microsoft or other Cloud certifications preferred (degree)
Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery and customer success planning for Azure Data & AI workloads.
Own the Azure Consumption Plan and ensure completeness and accuracy across Unified and MACC accounts.
Drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Purview through workshops, enablement, and hands-on guidance.
Collaborate with CSAMs, STU, ATU, and partners to deliver repeatable IP and scale best practices.
Support migration and modernisation efforts for databases (SQL MI, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB) and analytics platforms.
Deliver proactive resiliency and security engagements aligned with Unified Health priorities.
Contribute to account planning, technical governance, and customer success reviews.
Maintain deep skilling across AI, data engineering, and cloud-native application development.
