Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical programs that drive the development of high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets.
Collaborate with engineers from both Microsoft and customer teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
Ensure technical alignment of ISE activities with Microsoft's worldwide industry and product group strategies.
Nurture an engagement pipeline aligned with Microsoft's strategic goals.
Coach and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Work closely with Microsoft product teams, partners, and open-source communities to empower customers to do more with the cloud.
