- Deep experience in designing and delivering solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies. (degree)

- Passion for learning about new technologies and applying them to solve customer challenges. (degree)
- Business level of Japanese and English skills (degree)
- Experience in asset-heavy industries such as manufacturing, automotive, transportation, retail or other regulated industries. (degree)
- Familiarity with AI and data modernization technologies. (degree)
- Experience contributing to open-source projects. (degree)
- Business level Korean language skills. (degree)
- Be part of a global engineering organization that works directly with customers to address their toughest challenges. (degree)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs that drive the development of high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets.
- Collaborate with engineers from both Microsoft and customer teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure technical alignment of ISE activities with Microsoft's worldwide industry and product group strategies.
- Nurture an engagement pipeline aligned with Microsoft's strategic goals.
- Coach and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with Microsoft product teams, partners, and open-source communities to empower customers to do more with the cloud.
