  • Deep experience in designing and delivering solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies. (degree)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs. (degree)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. (degree)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. (degree)
  • Passion for learning about new technologies and applying them to solve customer challenges. (degree)
  • Business level of Japanese and English skills (degree)
  • Experience in asset-heavy industries such as manufacturing, automotive, transportation, retail or other regulated industries. (degree)
  • Familiarity with AI and data modernization technologies. (degree)
  • Experience contributing to open-source projects. (degree)
  • Business level Korean language skills. (degree)
  • Be part of a global engineering organization that works directly with customers to address their toughest challenges. (degree)
  • Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry. (degree)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical programs that drive the development of high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets.
  • Collaborate with engineers from both Microsoft and customer teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure technical alignment of ISE activities with Microsoft's worldwide industry and product group strategies.
  • Nurture an engagement pipeline aligned with Microsoft's strategic goals.
  • Coach and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with Microsoft product teams, partners, and open-source communities to empower customers to do more with the cloud.
  • Embodies our culture and values.

Travel Requirements
