This opportunity will allow you to bring your aspirations, talent, potential—and excitement for the journey ahead.As an Account Manager Student Worker, you will develop and oversee the execution of account plans for multiple accounts and works to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts. You will understand customer drivers of digital transformation and leverages understanding to engage internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation and strategy.At Microsoft, Student Workers work on real-world projects in collaboration with teams across the world, while having fun along the way. Responsibilities

  • You seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.
  • Develop an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts. If industry aligned, also learn about the customer's industry.
  • You orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts. You share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.
  • You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.

Travel Requirements

2 days / week in-office
