Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification and Shaping: Identify and shape large, unconventional opportunities within the federal defense sector.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Account Team Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with systems integrators, ISVs, and other partners to increase the probability of winning contracts.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Solutions Strategy & Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement solutions that meet the specific needs of BAE Systems Inc.
Industry Knowledge: Experience and/or knowledge of the federal defense community.
Achieve financial targets for assigned clients, including licenses, renewals, and professional services.
Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and internal teams.
Manage key relationships and lead a diverse virtual team.
