Recently Microsoft has announced Cobalt and Maia Custom Silicon for Azure Data Center and AI. Microsoft Silicon Engineering is pushing technology hard in all areas including advanced packaging technology. We are looking for candidates with strong technical breath experience in the area of HPC/AI/GPU/CPU DFT Architecture, DFT/Design Interface, ATE Test Content Development and Debug, ATE test pattern conversion, test program and hardware automation infrastructure framework, exposure to smart manufacturing such as AI/ML based test flow and explore to various industry tester platforms.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in developing integrated circuits (pre-silicon, first silicon bring-up, new product introduction) tools, flows, solution and methodology across design and test domain with strong software implementation experience. (degree)
1+ years of experience in product and test engineering, specializing in ATE test program development. (degree)
1+ years of leading development of test engineering solutions such as vector definition, generation and implementation (degree)
Experience in large scale and/or high performance (i.e., AI, machine leaning, neural nets, CPU’s) and/or high power SoCs/chips on advanced process nodes is a plus (degree)
Good presentation and communication skills (degree)
Good Software design, solution implementation and software practices (degree)
Knowledge in Database implementation for performance, quality and security (degree)
Fantastic Linux skills (degree)
Strong in debugging and optimizing software (degree)
Great unit/integration testing (degree)
Understanding of bring-up/debug, characterization/manufacturing test (on ATEs). (degree)

Responsibilities
Develop engineering tools from testing perspective: this includes test interface, test library, test vector generation, design trace to vector conversion capability, VCS model replay and test program capability for Wafer Sort and Final Test.
Develop full stack end-to-end software web development covering frontend, backend UI, database,etc
Develop test software application for product ramp capabilities such as MHI, hardware prediction and prevention measures
Work across boundaries with design team to develop testability requirements such as DFX, DFM, etc
Knowledge of industrial standards such as STIL and implementation of solutions/tools
Develop product development needs from data analysis requirement, enablement, external data management (FTP from external (vendor/supplier)) into internal for AZURE development framework.
Adopt industrial standard in manufacturing tools/solutions/capabilities for easy translation both internal and external seamlessly.
Develop critical tool/Solutions/infrastructure capabilities in MSFT ensuring synergy with strategy industry partner collaboration and advancing silicon engineering functions.
Good data management, efficient storage, and analysis capabilities.
