Responsibilities
Design and Implementation: Contribute to the architecture and design of product features. Test design hypotheses and refine code plans with guidance from senior engineers.
Coding and Debugging: Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code. Conduct retrospective debugging to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
Telemetry and Observability: Integrate instrumentation to gather telemetry data on system behavior, including performance, reliability, and usage.
Customer Focus: Understand customer pain points and translate them into technical solutions. Advocate for user experience in design and implementation decisions.
