You’ll act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. You’ll provide direction for design activities, often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites. As a Solution Architect you’ll gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects. You’ll define and document the architecture to communicate the value proposition of the business solution along with the project approach. Collaborating with the Project Manager you’ll jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment into use. You’ll work with the business sponsor and customer/partner stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements and constraints and collaborating with the Account Team and/or Bid Team to understand the business solution/problem.  This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.    Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain of D365 CRM.o OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain of D365 CRM.o OR equivalent experience (degree)
  • 5+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios (degree)
  • 3+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams (degree)
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication (degree)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and related modules.
  • Define integration strategies with ERP systems (e.g., D365 F&O), third-party applications, and Azure services.
  • Oversee data migration strategies using Data Export Service, Dataflows, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Implement Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance across environments, including role-based security and data protection.
  • Drive DevOps practices for CRM deployments using Azure DevOps pipelines and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams on customization, configuration, and extension best practices.
  • Dynamics 365 CRM ExpertiseStrong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service modules.Experience with customization and configuration: entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and plugins.Proficiency in Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integration.
