We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Program Managers supporting a critical, highly cross-functional project portfolio involving multiple systems and cross-TG (Team Groups) products. This role drives operational efficiencies, process rigor, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance and effective project execution. The Manager will be instrumental in up-leveling team engagement in planning cycles and enabling faster execution and stronger results across Enterprise Programs (EP) organization.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field)
program or project management (experience in cross-functional enterprise programs, 10 years)
leading or managing project/program management teams (experience in team leadership and people development, 5 years)
delivering complex, multi-system projects (experience in large organization)
process design, optimization, and enforcing operational controls (experience)
building trust with leaders and cross-functional partners (experience in effective communication skills)

Responsibilities
Provides dedicated strategic support and act as primary contact to EP discipline leads
Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Program Project Specialists, providing strategic direction and coaching
Guide project and program planning, coordinating across multiple system platforms and product lines
Ensure clear roles, deliverables, and accountability for cross-functional stakeholders
Own tracking and reporting of project progress, milestone achievement, and overall portfolio health
Uplevel team involvement in planning processes to ensure better alignment and execution across EP
Facilitate active engagement with various stakeholder groups, including TG leaders and cross-functional partners
Lead portfolio-level risk assessments and escalations as needed
Design and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes
Enforce and monitor process controls and reporting across all active initiatives
Drive rigorous adherence to compliance for project execution, including documentation, mandated uploads, and timely task completion
