Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Core OS components, OS Services, firmware, and BSP for wearable platforms
Drive the team's technical roadmap aligned with long-term product and organizational goals
Mentor and influence engineers across the team and organization to foster strong technical skills and collaboration
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, security, firmware, and BSP integration challenges in the OS stack and system services
Collaborate with hardware, software, and research teams to integrate new features and optimize system, OS services, firmware, and BSP performance
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and improve code quality through reviews, testing, and monitoring
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
