Salary
177,000 - 251,000 USD / yearly
Required Qualifications
- software engineering work experience, including hands on technical management (experience, 8 years)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations, including performance management (experience)
- Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (degree in Computer Science)
- Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers (experience)
- experience in managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels (experience, 2 years)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on technical management building large scale systems, algorithms, and toolsets within the Machine Learning domain (experience in Machine Learning)
