The Role:
The HR Solutions Enablement Team builds effective, scalable, cohesive HR solutions that minimize redundancy and deliver seamless data and insights for a better end-user experience.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for implementing HR Technology solutions, through Workday as well as integrated third party technologies embedded throughout the Talent Acquisition process that drive our operations forward and remove friction. Additionally, this team also provides tier-2 support for our business facing end users.
We are looking to hire a Sr. HR Technology Analyst with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition technology configuration and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, third party Talent Acquisition technologies, and working knowledge of other Workday modules. They should be eager to learn and apply new technologies, including emerging AI-powered tools, and bring a passion for innovative thinking and solution design. In short, we’re looking for a Workday expert who is also a builder and innovator, ready to elevate our HR technology suite to the next level of effectiveness and user experience.
This role also requires strong collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the business. The analyst will partner with teams to understand their challenges and implement optimal technology solutions that address those needs. Flexibility is key as this role may occasionally require working outside standard hours to support global stakeholders and projects.
