Why This Role Matters

As Brand Manager – Launch Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping access to healthcare globally. Based at our EPD headquarters in Basel, you’ll focus on biosimilars in emerging markets—a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives worldwide.

This position offers the chance to lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with global Brand Leads to ensure successful launches across more than 30 markets in 2026 and 2027.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with purpose: Champion launch excellence and execution across regions and countries.

  • Collaborate globally: Set up and coordinate launch readiness meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

  • Track success: Monitor launch readiness and provide updates to senior leadership.

  • Drive innovation: Take on marketing projects that support specialty care and biosimilars, bringing fresh ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Science or Business; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, ideally with exposure to global projects.

  • Proven success in managing launches at regional or global level.

  • Experience in emerging markets (LatAm, Asia, Middle East & Africa) is a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic are a plus.
