We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join our Heart Failure division at the EMEA & APAC headquarters in Zaventem. This role is key to enabling commercial and financial leadership to make data-driven decisions that impact the business unit’s success.

What You’ll Do

• Review and optimize existing reporting frameworks for centralization and simplification.

• Design and implement reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.

• Consolidate and analyze large, complex data sets for HQ and regional teams.

• Maintain reporting systems and act as the main contact for data inquiries.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and global management.

• Support financial analysis, including sales, margin, and SG&A reviews.

• Drive data accuracy, transparency, and standardization for better decision-making.

• Participate in improvement projects and provide training/documentation.

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

• Experience in business and financial analytics.

• Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.

• Familiarity with SAP ERP and Hyperion Planning/Essbase preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work with large, complex data sets.

• Excellent business partnering and communication skills.

• Fluency in English; self-motivated and proactive.
