【岗位职责】

1. 依照检验作业指导书及检验标准，对来料进行检验，并做好来料检验的原始记录；

Inspect materials in accordance with collection plans and standards, and accurately record the original inspection data;

2. 根据标准操作程序（SOP）、作业指导书（WI）的要求维护检验记录；

Maintain inspection documentation in accordance with SOPs, WIs；

3. 对来料异常情况进行处理和上报；

Address and escalate any non-conformities identified in incoming materials;

4. 对来料检验区域的量具进行日常管理；

Perform management and maintenance of measuring instruments in the IQA area.

5. 协助供应商管理工程师（SQE）处理物料异常；

Support the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in addressing and resolving material-

related issues;

6. 领导安排的其他工作。

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

【任职资格】

1.   资格证书/Certificate：

了解ISO 13485:2016质量管理体系者优先。

Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System is a plus.

2.   外语技能/Foreign Language Skills：

具备基本的英文读写能力，能理解英文作业指导书和检验标准。

Basic English reading and writing skills, capable of understanding English work instructions and inspection standards.

3.   计算机软件技能Software Skills：

熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word），会使用质量管理系统（如SAP、MES）者优先。Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with quality systems (e.g., SAP, MES) is a plus.

工作经验或专业背景/Work Experience or Professional Background：

2年以上来料检验或质量相关工作经验。At least 2 years of experience in incoming quality inspection or related quality roles.

教育背景/Education Background：

大专及以上学历，机械、电子、质量管理等相关专业优先。

Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Quality Management, or related fields is preferred.

其它要求/Others：

熟悉来料检验流程及常用检验工具（如卡尺、千分尺、高度规等） Familiar with incoming inspection processes and common measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges);

能看懂基本的机械图纸和技术文件 Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and technical documents。
