Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.

Overview

To maximise sales volume and market share of designated products within an assigned territory.


Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching as needed to Territory Managers

  • Proactively drive sales and develop initiatives

  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; engage senior leadership as needed

  • Act as a key contributor in sales meetings

  • Demonstrate behaviours consistent with a Senior TM

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory as well as providing input to the overall performance of the state.

  • Actively implements and executes on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.

  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.

  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.

  • Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory

  • Manage your consignment stock

  • Maintain accurate customer profiles.

  • Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.

  • Assist with product marketing and launches.

  • Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.

  • Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.

  • This role may require 24 hour on-call responsibilities to fulfil your duties.

  • Attend company sales meetings as required

  • Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties

  • Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the industry (MTAA) the Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements

  • Handle and document customer complaints according to ANZ Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.

  • Knowledge of and commitment to the requirements of the Quality Management System

  • Attend company sales meetings as required

  • Handle and document customer complaints according to ANZ Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.

  • Knowledge of and commitment to the requirements of the Quality Management System.

  • Knowledge of and commitment to Work, Health & Safety responsibilities.

  • Action any other customer complaints with relevant Abbott Medical ANZ Business Unit.

  • Execute the position and Business Unit responsibilities according to applicable Abbott Medical ANZ Standard Operating Procedures

  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager
     

Minimum Education

·Tertiary qualifications in medical or business management field required.
 

Minimum Experience/Training Required

  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts

Salary

Estimated Salary Rangemedium confidence

100,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly
