About the Role

As a Senior Project Leader within the Global Supplier Quality Assurance (GSQA) team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming materials from suppliers worldwide. You will lead initiatives across supplier qualification, development, monitoring, and event management, supporting manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams globally. This role can be based in the Netherlands or in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier event management to resolve material or processing issues.

  • Manage the CAPA system for incoming materials and monitor supplier performance.

  • Oversee supplier qualification processes to ensure sustainable, event-free supply.

  • Apply supplier development tools to drive performance improvements.

  • Support manufacturing sites by resolving material issues promptly.

  • Maintain and control approved supplier status and documentation.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop annual audit schedules.

  • Perform supplier audits (qualification, excellence, and for-cause).

  • Ensure documentation (policies, procedures, specifications) is current and compliant.

  • Oversee supplier certification programs and manage change approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, operations, or QA.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and packaging technologies.

  • Experience with supplier audits, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and process monitoring.

  • Familiarity with food/pharma quality systems and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
