The Opportunity 
This position works out of our Almaty, Kazakhstan location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division.

What You’ll Do:

• Processing reports, compiling data from clients on sales and hotel trade marketing programs.

• Compiling analytical data on the division.

• Preparing documents and materials necessary for the department's work;

• Providing the department with the necessary office supplies, creating conditions conducive to the effective work of the department;

• Organizing business trips for department employees (registering department employees for participation in congresses and seminars, booking and purchasing air and train tickets, organizing transfers, etc.);

• Preparing draft contracts, appendices, and additional agreements for clients;

• Performing relevant work with closing documents: checking documents, organizing their signing, sending invoices, work completion reports, photo reports, and claim reports to clients.

• Working with 1C software to add new contractors.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Experience in a similar position;

• Ability to work with large amounts of information;

• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment;

• Advanced user of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

• English - Intermediate level;

• Responsibility, punctuality, focus on results, proactivity;

• Communication skills, analytical skills.
