Comply with AbbVie’s Code of Conduct and all relevant company policies.Perform both on-demand and preventive maintenance independently to ensure equipment reliability and adherence to quality standards.Contribute to root cause investigations of equipment malfunctions and participate in reliability-centered maintenance analyses.Provide training and mentorship to other technicians as needed.Demonstrate proficiency in multiple skilled trade disciplines.Possess intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Exhibit advanced expertise in core job functions and perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.Support continuous improvement initiatives and site safety projects within the maintenance organization and broader site.Understand and adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulation.
