As an AbbVie Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role by directly engaging healthcare professionals, driving product awareness, and achieving sales goals within your assigned territory. Success in this role requires rapid mastery of Buy & Bill processes, a strong understanding of AbbVie's portfolio, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results while maintaining the highest ethical standards. ResponsibilitiesEngage with healthcare professionals to promote AbbVie’s products within Prostate Cancer/Urology and OB/GYN therapeutic areas.Execute brand strategy and field tactics, delivering on sales and marketing objectives.Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations for ongoing improvement.Effectively handle objections and drive calls to logical, actionable outcomes.Develop and execute a targeted call plan to optimize coverage of key customers, maximizing sales opportunities.Proactively build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver solutions for win-win outcomes.Maintain thorough knowledge of therapeutic areas, product science, market trends, competitor landscape, and Buy & Bill processes.Coordinate activities with internal and external partners to maximize impact and align execution with brand strategy.Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture focused on collaboration, learning, and integrity.Share market intelligence and insights with in-field teams and brand stakeholders for strategic alignment.Participate in team meetings and actively share insights to enhance team effectiveness.Embody AbbVie's Ways of Working and comply with all business conduct policies and regulations.
