Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and services. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems you support. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices, enabling you to deliver effective solutions and enhance user experiences across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead daily operations of assigned process (MIM, Change, SRM, Availability). -Own SLA performance reporting and continuous improvement for process. -Mentor Senior Analysts and Analysts in technical and process areas. -Lead bridge calls, CAB prep, RCA reviews. -Represent process area in customer operational reviews. -Support automation and tool optimization efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools. -Strong leadership and coordination ability. -Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to coach team members. -Skilled in Excel (pivot, charts, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentations). -Confident in client interactions and operational escalations. -Flexible to work in rotational 24x7 environment; primary coverage aligned to US business hours. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
