Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Operations Management
Good to have skills : Event Management
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service, employing exceptional communication skills to ensure that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Event Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
