Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes. - Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions and data warehousing. - Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
