You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable integration strategies, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with the overall business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to integration strategies and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream. - Strong understanding of integration architecture and design principles. - Experience with data flow management and endpoint design. - Ability to analyze and optimize integration processes. - Familiarity with project management methodologies.
