As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the documentation of integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the integration strategy aligns with business objectives. You will engage in the entire project life-cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, ensuring that all aspects of the integration are executed smoothly and effectively. Your contributions will be vital in facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring that the integration meets the desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integration strategies and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with data flow documentation and endpoint management. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
