Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. - Mentor junior professionals in understanding business architecture principles and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
