Design Digital Transformation Roadmap: Responsible for creating a clear and strategic Digital Transformation vision that aligns with organizational objectives and client expectations. Identify Process Bottlenecks and analyze Continuous Improvement Opportunities. Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed transformation vision and identify any capability gaps that may need to be addressed to achieve the desired outcomes. Design Business Requirement Gathering Documents. Create Solution Blueprints for RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI Solutions. Stakeholder Management: Present the transformation journey to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring they understand the strategy, benefits, and implementation roadmap.
