Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and enhance application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement new features and functionalities in applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: (Project specific) -Dialogflow CX Conversational Developer with experience in enterprise-level conversational AI agents. -Expert in conversational design best practices Experience in NLU tuning Experience in utilizing Dialogflow CX's Generative AI capabilities - Experience in webhook development (NodeJS/Python). Git, CI/CD experience - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Conversational AI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning algorithms. - Hands-on experience in developing chatbots and virtual assistants. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and network operations. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversational AI. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
