Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team in best practices and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Analyze project requirements and design software solutions that align with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
