Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes. -Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Finance, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. -Analyse the organization’s business model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Finance technology. -Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions. -Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs. -Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in asset management. -Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams. -Support the implementation of SAP Finance solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives. -Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams. -Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. Professional & Technical Skills: -9+ Years of E2E Implementation experience in SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting module with lead role -5+ Year of consulting experience in Middle East OR India based SAP Projects with Oil and Gas Industry flavour -Resource should have an in-depth understanding and extensive experience of SAP S4HANA Finance -The FI consultant should be able to cover support for the majority of the modules listed below: -Finance Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, General Ledger Period End, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Tax Compliance -Overheads Management, Asset Management, -Good understanding of Finance with neighbouring skills of Project Systems, Controlling, Asset Management, Funds Management, JVA, BCM, Treasury and BPC -Resource should have good experience and in-depth understanding of existing Business Processes (localization, customizations, and integrations) of SAP S4HANA MM -Has driven design workshops with Business Process Owners as per best practices. -Reviewing key deliverables or work products as part of quality assurance in context of industry standards -Assist in managing functional and integration testing, including coordination of all testing activities across the modules and third parties so the activity is managed in an end-to-end manner. -Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules Additional Information: - A 15 years full time education is required. - Resource should have strong English communication and writing skills.
