Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OMP Plus. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with software development life cycle processes.
