You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that applications meet user needs and are delivered on time and within budget. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
