Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on best practices, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also require you to manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Cloud. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques for various software applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
