Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and functionality. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve application performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Sybase Database Administration (DBA), SAP HANA DB Administration, SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization. - Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems. - Familiarity with SAP transport management and system landscape management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
