Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process to achieve optimal results. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure, all while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - Strong understanding of application design and development principles. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
