You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance user experience and efficiency, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other platforms. - Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
