Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals. - Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
