Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Bring about a cultural shift by re-orienting team to appreciate and adopt "Lean" ways of working - Train and enable teams on lean tools (brain-storming, pareto, 5-WHY, RCA) - Establish a process for root cause analysis to drive corrective and preventive actions (in all phases not just testing) - Show how we move from defect fixing to defect prevention - Kaizen - continuous improvement - initiatives (weekly quality circles for incremental improvements from lessons learned) - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Implementations. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve processes. - Experience in project management methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
