Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices. - Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles. - Experience with automation tools and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
