As a Technical Architect, you will lead discovery, design, configuration, and delivery of Workfront solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and industry best practices. You will also serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on governance, process automation, integrations, and scalable adoption of Workfront across the enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities - Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront functionality and architecture. - Lead discovery workshops with clients to capture requirements and map them to scalable Workfront solutions. - Design, build, and configure Workfront objects: custom forms, templates, portfolios, programs, reports, dashboards, approval workflows, notifications, statuses, job roles, and user structures. - Collect requirements and assess against client process design principles and enterprise workflows. - Configure and optimize Workfront Fusion workflows to enable integrations and automations with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise systems. - Manage Workfront environments, provide administration and governance support, and deliver user training. - Work closely with project stakeholders, functional leads, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation. - Coordinate UAT, acceptance testing, and issue resolution. - Act as a thought leader in Workfront solutioning, staying updated on new features and roadmap capabilities. - Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing across the practice. Professional & Technical Experience - 12+ years of IT experience, with a strong foundation in enterprise solution architecture. - 3–4 years of hands-on Workfront experience, including administration, configuration, and solutioning. - At least 2 years of Workfront System Admin or consultancy experience. - Experience with Workfront Fusion for integrations and workflow automation. - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). In lieu of a degree, minimum 12 years of relevant work experience.
