You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III. - Strong understanding of application development life cycle. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting application issues. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Ability to work with version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
