, Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and guiding the development team in implementing best practices. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs. Must Require Skillsets -.NET, .NET Core -jQuery -Bootstrap, -CSS HTML- -MVC, JavaScript, -API knowledge, -SQL and a small bit of SSIS knowledge -WEB APIs, -Azure functions, -Azure APIM, -Azure Key vaults & Storage -Good to have, Azure Architecture, Azure PaaS Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. - Continuously assess and improve application development processes.
