, Summary: A highly skilled and experienced resource to support in sizing and execution of Network Deliverables, to join our dynamic team and lead Power Apps development projects. 9+ Years Experience Required Skill Set: Technical Skills • An excellent understanding of Dataverse along with how to design, develop and secure it. • Strong experience with: Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate. • Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform configuration and development is essential. • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting complex Power Apps solutions. Project Management • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to estimate timelines and costs accurately, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Communication and Interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • We are looking for someone who is comfortable being client facing. • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to assist gathering of requirements and translate them into cost and timeline estimates and technical specifications. • Experience in mentoring and guiding a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Additional Relevant Information: • Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform web service programming is desirable. • Experience with PowerApps Portals is desirable but not essential. • Experience across the Microsoft portfolio especially Azure Portal, AAD, M365 & MS Teams is desirable but not essential. • Experience across the SharePoint Online, libraries, lists and security principles is desirable but not essential. • Experience with Dataverse Plugin Development in Visual Studio and C# is desirable but not essential. • Experience with migrating data into Dataverse is desirable.
