Project Role : Data Governance Practitioner
Project Role Description : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary: As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitating effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that data governance practices are integrated into the organizational culture, promoting a shared understanding of data responsibilities and best practices across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance data governance awareness and skills within the organization. - Monitor compliance with data governance policies and recommend improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data quality tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices. - Experience in data stewardship and data lifecycle management. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data governance and privacy. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
