Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that operational standards are met and exceeded. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and communication systems. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments. - Familiarity with service level agreements and operational metrics. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
