Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices. - Ability to analyze and report on testing metrics to drive improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
