Roles & Responsibilities:
What you would do in this role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Visualization & Interactions Science Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data visualization, human-computer interaction, and user experience design, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to create impactful visualizations and interactive experiences for business.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with CG&S clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into effective user journey with impactful visualization and interaction design solutions.
Provide consultation and guidance to internal stakeholders on visualization and interaction design principles, tools, and techniques.
Run codesign sessions and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using industry-leading tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, PowerApps, Power Automate, React JS, D3.js etc
Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to iteratively improve the usability and effectiveness of visualization products.
Apply principles of data storytelling and narrative visualization to create compelling and informative data-driven stories.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data visualization, human-computer interaction, and user experience design, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to integrate visualizations into data-driven applications and products.
Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and presentations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
