Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the overall architecture. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring that they are executed effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve the architecture and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience with integration patterns and data migration strategies. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems. - Familiarity with security best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
